Gen Z, AKA the Generation Z (pronounced Zee) are those born between 1997 and 2012, are shaking up the workplace scene as more of them step into professional arenas. In a recent survey by ResumeBuilder.com, a whopping 74% of managers and business leaders admitted finding Gen Z a bit tricky to work with compared to other generations. The World Economic Forum predicts that by 2025, Gen Z will make up over a quarter of the workforce.
